COURSE STRUCTURE AND DETAILS :
- The course is of 8 levels
- Each level is for 3 months
- Classes are once in a week for 2 hours duration.
- Examination for each level
- All India Annual Abacus Championship
- International Annual Abacus Championship
- Admission Fee – Rs.500/- (one time payment)
- Student’s study material kit – Rs.2000/- (Course Material & Abacus instrument)
- Monthly tuition fee – Rs.800 to 1000/- (according to area)
The mode of operation will be as follows:
- One Master Franchisee will be appointed for each state.
- Under the Master Franchisee, there will be a Number of Distributors in the city / state.
- Under the Distributor, there will be number of Course Instructors.
- The Company will provide the Course Instructors training in the program and in turn they will be required to teach the program to the children in their locality either from their home or from a nearby school.
- The training is for 8 Levels and will be provided in a phased manner. Each level training is for one day. Once after providing the training in the first level the Course Instructors can teach the children for 3 months. The Second level training will be provided in the beginning of the 3rd month and likewise for the rest of the levels.
- The Training can be provided in the respective city of the Master Franchisee it self provided there are a minimum of 5-8 teachers / batch.
- The cost of boarding and lodging of the Chief Course Instructor has to be borne by the Master Franchisee. Travel expenses will be borne by the company.
REQUIREMENTS FROM MASTER FRANCHISEE :
- Master Franchisee should pay the Company a License fee of Rs.1,95,000 /- + GST at 18%. ( i.e:the rate depends upon area.)
- Master Franchisee should have an office space of 500 Sq.Ft. with Front office, Counseling room and a Training room with necessary furniture and infrastructure like Telephone and Computer with Internet Connection.
- Master Franchisee should undertake Advertisement Expenses for distributor / Course Instructors / student enrollment which can be 10% of revenue generation.
- Master Franchisee to provide staff for Marketing, Counseling and Front Office.
COMPANY SUPPORT FOR MASTER FRANCHISEE.
- Will provide marketing support in terms of manpower.
- Will provide technical support and training for the Course Instructors.
